Job Duties:
Daily attendance report Interview applicants Contact references and perform background checks Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions Conduct new employee orientations Process paperwork Advise managers on policies Train managers and employees on safety topics Direct disciplinary procedures Lead Safety Committee Injury Reports Assist other departments if needed Actively participates in projects and meetings Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and satisfy numerous competing demands Strong computer skills, customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements High school diploma required with 1-2 years of office experience Ability to multi-task.
Strong skills with all Microsoft Office products required Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels internal and external to the organization.
