High School Dipoloma or equivalent The Town of Jupiter Island, Florida is looking for a Meter Reader under the direct supervision of the South Martin Regional Utility Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service to the utility customers and residents.
The Meter Reader is charged with performing routine field work in all aspects of reading water meters and recording the reading using hand-held electronic meter reading devices.
This position requires consistent attention to detail, a professional and neat appearance and a positive attitude.
The position is hourly, non-FLSA exempt position.
Experience in one or more the areas described is preferred but not required.
A valid Florida driver's license is required.
