Responsibilities:
Clerical tasks (answering phones, emails, etc.
,) Creating, maintaining, and updating student files Creating, maintaining, and updating staff files Completing facility inventory Data collection and entry Maintaining attendance records and rosters for ELC, Head Start, etc.
Implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, and making necessary adjustments.
Assisting families with applying for ELC and Head Start Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Multitasking and fast paced individual Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (or equivalent) in a related industry or education preferred Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$35,000.
