Work is located in Martin County, Mon-Fri with no weekend hours.
Company vehicle provided after 45 days.
Must have reliable transportation to start.
Paid holidays and offer of health insurance after 90 days.
Paid vacation after 1 year.
MUST have 10 years verifiable residential renovation and new construction supervisory experience.
Duties include on site supervision, scheduling subcontractors as well as holding them accountable to schedules and overseeing their work, maintain construction schedule, and coordinate inspections.
Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Must be able to work with high end homeowners, subs and office personnel.
