This role offers the unique opportunity to oversee the construction of high-end, custom residential properties.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential construction, with a particular focus on luxury custom homes and remodels.
This role requires a minimum of 3
years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Luxury Homes Superintendent, you will be expected to:
1.
Oversee the construction process of luxury residential properties from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
2.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and safely.
3.
Inspect work progress and equipment at the construction site to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met.
4.
Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret and deliver on design plans.
5.
Resolve any issues, problems, or delays that occur on the construction site, ensuring all work complies with codes, and managing any changes in project scope.
6.
Prepare and submit project reports, and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in order.
7.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and a high level of craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Luxury Homes Superintendent role, you must possess the following:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on luxury custom homes and remodels.
2.
Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
3.
Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee a team of professionals and laborers.
4.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of quality.
5.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders, from clients to architects and subcontractors.
6.
Proficiency in construction-related software and technology.
7.
A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
