Summary:
We are looking for competent and conscientious individuals with a customer-oriented approach whodesire to work in our Culinary Department as a Dietary Aide helping to prepare and serve food to ourresidents.
You will assist in food preparation, serving, and cleaning the kitchen and dining areas adheringto all safety and health standards under the direction of the Dietary Services Director and/or Cook.
Ourgoal is to provide excellent food services and AMAZING meals for our residents.
DIETARY AIDE -
Responsibilities:
o Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks; use portion control procedures; assistin cleaning work areas, equipment, and floors, and dishes and utensils; assist in distributingmenus and checking trays for menu and diet preferences and accuracy; ensure proper storage offood and supplies; and adhere to universal precautions and sanitary, safety, and infection controlpolicies and procedures.
o Ensure that food and supplies are available for the next meal, assist in inventorying and storingincoming food and supplies, and report any hazardous conditions, equipment, accidents, andincidents.
o Attend orientation and in-service as required by the federal, state, and company guidelines.
DIETARY AIDE -
Qualifications:
o Must be at least 18 years of age.
o Completion of high school education or otherwise show the ability to read, write, and follow oraland written directions.
o Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as required.
o Must be able to work weekends and overtime as required.
o Must meet all local health regulations and pass a post-employment physical exam, if required.
o Must be able to follow directions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
